Could be anything. You need to get it to a garage to have the fault diagnosed.

You need to get it into a dealer so they can diagnose and rectify it.

If its Amber with the pic of an engine it might be the same as on Vauxhalls meaning there is a problem with the immobiliser or one of the relays controlling an auxilliary. Anything Red is important, get it to a dealer or mechanic, but Amber is usually a non essential circuit. either way, consult the handbook (or look online) and get it rectified as it could develop into a serious problem, but rest assured your Engine is fine.

Right all these are guesses. There is no way of telling what the orange light is showing. It is there to alert you to the fact that there is a fault occurd in the system. You need to take it to a reputable garage. They have to plug it into a computer to read the code. l would advise against driving it alot as there maybe serious damage being caused. Get it checked out as soon as possible. General Rule is Red light get it sorted immediatly, and orange as soon as possible.

the warning light is the engine management light, this basically means that u need 2 go to a reputable garage and get it checked out by a computer,u need not go to a dealer n dont worry 9 times out ov 10 these light simply mean a connection is loose but u need to get it checked, cost are about 30 to 40 quid to get it analyzed then what eva the mechanic charges per hour or half hour,so dont get ripped off!!! hope it helps n dont worry

it is the engine management light, its telling you to take the car to a garage and get a diagnostics check, its on board computer will quickly tell the mechanic what your car needs, dont panic, it might be a minor problem like a faulty spark plug. take it to a garage.

Hi. Just read a few replies you've had & a few of them r complete guesses. l know its to do with engine management. When mine went on a Vauxhall Omega, it was the crank case sender. Prob is, u can only find the fault out when its pluged into a laptop for diagnostics. Dont take it to a main dealer as they will charge u mega money just to play space invaders at ur expence !! Any half decent back street garage have the facilities to do the diagnostics nowadays, most people l know who have done this just end up paying the fitter money for a few pints for his time etc.
Good luck, hope that helps.
