been using bio diesel for 4 months. now air is getting in fuel line causing running problems. seems to occur when tank is under half full . any help please .steve

how is the air getting into fuel lines if its coming in thru the tank and not a cracked line l would expect that there is a problem with the fuel pump itself probably a crack in the plastic about half way down

Only the latest Peugeot brochure (November 2007) describes the newest diesel engine in the new 4007, a 4x4 Jeep-like vehicle. This new car has a new engine, the 2.2 liter HDi-with soot filter & it can run on 30% BIODIESEL.

Hmmm, this is the first I've heard of a Peugeot that runs on Bio-diesel; & now they state it can run on 30% bio.
This means diesel fuel called a B30 blend, & it contains up to 30% vegetable oil methyl ester. Is that the fuel u r using?

Here is an official letter stating that using biodiesel will not void the manufactures original warranty IF the fuel is a B30 = 30% blend. (your car is now out of warranty).

There r a lot of people talking on the internet about changing their fuel lines & gaskets for the B30 changeover. Just type in Peugeot biodiesel & read some forums.
