l have a 206 gti 2001.It is out off tune and when ideling it is virating throw the steering wheel and gear knob. l am quite handy with cars, can anyone tell me how l can fix this or ajust the tuning.

You need to get your wheels balanced, you need to go to a garage (mechanic) to get it done.

There is no adjusments you can do yourself except check or replace the spark plugs, or if you are competent enough you could look at the valve timing and do a compression test. Best bet is take it to a dealer, they will do a diagnostic check and advise you from there.

the 2 litre 138 bhp engine never really does tick over that smoothly. Check the stepper motor and plugs but dont worry too much. There is nothing to adjust though.

Yes, check plugs & leads. Do it in the dark, might see some sparks. Check your air filter.
