is it water tight with the roof on, which model offers the best value for money, where is the best place to buy one and can you really fit four adults in it?

l assume you are either in the UK, France or Mexico those are the only countries l know they sell Peugeouts. Anyway, they are a very fine cars, however if you happen to buy a bad one, (build on Monday or something), they are real bad. The stats are that from every 1,367 units there is one lemon.

down here it would be hard to get parts for them
(including oil filters) - i'd goto a local mech shop & ask there opinion - personal buy toyota or honda - they are a lot easier to get parts for - and just about everyone can work on them

Yes you can fit 4 adults in (as long as your not all six foot plus tall) The roofs are fine but use them all year round as the hood is like the engine and will not take kindly to not being used for 7 months at a time. In the UK the allure is by far the best value model and if you want a unbeaten price feel free to contact me.
