Where can I find the tool kit on a Peugeot 206

there is not one

in the spare wheel in a plastic box,if it is a 206 cc there isnt spare wheel tools

open the boot and put your hands on the floor
move them back towards your knees and you will find the wheel brace there in one of the holes you feel
you will need this to get the spare wheel out
there is a square cut out of the carpet at the bit where you got the wheel brace

In a mechanic is garage. He is the only one in the world with enough tools to keep a Peugeot running.

In the spare tire, in the trunk. If you mean by toolkit the stuff you need to replace a flat tire for example.. For anything else you have to go to a car-service.
