l have Peugeot 205 1986 1.4! the gear is broken! Is there any possibilities to put on this car gear from 1.1 peugeot 1990? Where could l get the information?

The replacement gearbox is designed for a lower powered engien, so it may not be able to handle the extra few hundred CCs.

Personally, I'd bin the car as it sounds a bit of a banger. You could get a similar age VW Polo or Golf for peanuts, and mechanically they are bullet-proof, even though they are ancient technology wise.
