What is the tightening torque and tightening sequence on a peugeot 106 1.4 petrol engine.

dont know what the torque should be but sequence
start from middle two opposing bolts then do two to left then two to right till both end run out
11 7 3 1 5 9 13
12 8 4 2 6 10 14

ARE THERE 14 bolts on a 4 cylinder head ? l think there r only 10 bolts. No matter how many, start in the middle & CIRCLE outwards.
And any car with 10 bolts should be :
10.6.2.3.7

Start with 1, then go in a clockwise circular pattern to 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc.

You could also start the circular motion with a different #1 & 2, then clockwise to 3,4,5,etc.:

8 4 1 5 9
7 3 2 6 10

You can ask the proper torque over the phone at a garage. They will be happy to help you. Perhaps the torque will be applied in two passings. Example: One pass, stage one, at 50 Nm = 37 lbft. Stage two at 77 Nm = 57 lbft
OR perhaps: stage one 20 Nm stage two, a further 120 degrees tighter. For this u will need an ''angle tightening guage'' which is a rachet with a circular protractor of 360 degrees below the socket.

peugeot torque settings are spesific to the engine code
most are 15 (NM) newton meters
then 240 degrees(120 then 120)
advise replace the head bolts
