Not personally, but try joining the Peugeot 106 owner club forum, should be free and will almost certainly have some sort of guide or tips. If not then you can post this same question their and get far better , with pics usually.

its not difficult its just the mounting brackets the steering, the trottle body and a small number of fittings.

Most of it is in the haynes manual, if your unsure l would recomend buying one.

If you're struggling to find info on 106s, take a look at Saxo forums as the cars are mechanically identical.

This is a very simple operation. Follow these steps:
1) remove radiator
2) remove battery
3) remove engine

Simple!

my bro did mine to clean it it only took him 3 hours to take is appart and put it all back together (he is a qualified mechanic though)

Honestly l have only removed engines from the Peugeot 104, 204, 304, 205, 305, 405, a Ford & a Plymouth. It ai not easy! And each model several times.

Clevis D says it is simple. He only removes TRACTOR engines.
Do not forget to detatch the exhaust pipe, 2 to 4 motor mounts, the cables to acceleration, (the radiator can often stay in place, with care. He has NEVER seen a Peugeot 106), & what about the two drive shafts? Clevis would have u break them off? Drain the radiator & transmission oil, first. Gear linkage? yes. petrol line, 2 radiator hoses, 2 heater hoses, sensor wires, too. = (temp, oil pressure, tach, speedometer)
Some engines r removed from above, with or without hood/bonnet removal, some r removed downwards. With my experience, l would guess the 106 is UPWARDS without hood removal.
