you will have to search the internet. Citroen + Peugeot gave up on the USA. There may be someone here with a used one he wants to sell.

Well, if you mean thinking different as owning a vehicle that breaks down every three days, impossible to get serviced, impossible to buy parts, (which it will need in huge quantities), zero resale value, hideously overpriced and rotten build quality then l say go for it. Be aware that Peugeot pulled out (or, rather, was KICKED out) of the U.S. back in 1991, Citroen even before that.

do not buy the 607 the c6 is awesome!!!!!!! ignore clevis(doofus!!!) the c6 has a better spec than the s500 mercedes and is less than half the price!!! possibly the most beautiful car on the road at the moment, go for the 2.7hdi exclusive though as the petrols are very thirsty.
plus its just been voted executive car of the year by top gear in england beating mercedes, lexus, jaguar.audi etc etc etc

As many Cow lovers & Hillbillies like to tell you, Peugeots have not been sold in the USA for 16 years. However, these Cowboys & Hillbillies r still somehow ''experts'' on everything, even though they have not seen a Peugeot since 1985. Just laugh at them & move on, eveybody else does.
l live in Europe & know the models, engines & market.

Your only hope would be to find an importer in a great metropolitan area (LA, NY, DC, Miami?) who thinks there is enough profit in importing a Peugeot 607 that is 5 years old. This will make it eligible under the US ''grey laws'' & allow a foreign car into America without passing tests for CO emmissions, window glass type, seatbelt reaction time (Europe is faster) taillight plastic color, inner door strength, octane requirements, etc.

There ARE places in the USA that import parts for these cars. You should be prepared for high prices, there r always a few middlemen .
l should also warn u that a used 607 from Europe (VERY VERY often a diesel engine) will not be that cheap. There r other Europeans bidding against you, especially in Eastern countries. It is a desireable car. good luck.

Here is a website that compares the years of 607 from its introduction in 1999.

Perhaps a dealer in Canada could already have one for you?

l know there is a guy in Austin, TX called Revolution Motors that is actually an authorized Peugeot dealer (that is if they ever come back). He might know where u could buy one, or be able to assist in finding parts. revolutionmotors.com should get u there. l do not live in Austin, nor have l had experience with them. My Family has owned 504 & 505 Peugeots in the past. Mainly diesel. l hope Peugeot will return to the States one day. l think Mexico is selling Peugeots new now. Might do a search on that. l remember seeing the website in the past on the models. Cannot help u on the Citroens. Hope this helps some
