sounds like you have a flat battery, you will have to have it checked as it may recharge, the clicking you can hear is the starter solonoid. the reason the alarm sounds is that it senses a voltage drop i.e, it thinks it is being tampered with and then it activates. once the battery problem is solved that will be fine..

ok could be starter soliniod caused by battery voltage drop and sounding alarm but if its a blip key try inserting key turn ingnition on but dont try to start ,press an hold blip key button whilst in ingnition for twenty seconds this should charge blip key battery and be reconised by ecu hopefully will start then
