l indicate right for example then turn the right corner and straighten up, the indicator knocks off but occasionally l get a very rapid ticking as though the indicator is still on and is working at high speed? greatly appreciate any help on this
neogrif l believe l have found the problem, take your fusebox cover off and put your hand on each relay to see which one feels like it is knocking when the ticking occurs, hope this helps you

Aha! mine does this too, my other half is pretty sure that it is down to loose wiring behind the steering wheel somewhere, it seems to do it more when its warm on mine. Bloody irritating isnt it? It would appear that the repeaters are not actually flashing when its doing it though so l suppose thats a bonus.

l believe that is the sound of the self-destruct device built into every Peugeot.

My old one did this, it is the solenoid for the indicator controls. You can either remove the old solenoid indicator module (as l did and promptly turned into a nightmare) or you can live with it.

l got a new solenoid from eurocarparts.com for a pretty reasonable price, and it worked perfectly.
