put new glow plugs in still not starting can any one help me

Could it be the starter motor? Or perhaps the battery isnt strong enough. A diesel car needs a good battery.

l had both problems with a diesel van l have just bought.

change the fuel filter make sure you put fuel in the filter to avoid creating a vacuum in the engine. you might need to prime the injector pump to get it started again

diesel filter is probably sucking in air as the seal might have gone,this is easily fixed it will cost you around £4 for a new diesel filter,

Loosen the injectors a bit and get someone else to try starting it. If you see a lot of bubbling there was air in the fuel pipes. If there is nothing at all then it could be anything. Very cheap - Fuel filter, Very expensive - new injectors.

When you changed the glow plugs, did you check whether the port is clear through to the cylinder?
l had a BMC 1500 diesel and had to occassionally remove the glow plugs and ream out the hole at the end of the threaded section with a 5/32'' drill. Just grip the drill bit in a pair of pliers and twist it until you feel it break through the carbon build up.
If the engine is cranking it points to fuel. Bleed the filter, pump and injectors

Have you checked your timinig belt

Need to know a lot more about it. Is it a normal diesel or HDi? And which engine size is it? Does the engine crank but not fire? If it is a HDi is there a fuel primer bulb on the engine or not? There are many reasons, it all depends on the above.

A Peugeot that wo not start -- imagine that.
Make sure the cylinders havent 'washed out' and your compression dropped. I've seen someone pour a tiny amount of engine oil into the intake of a diesel engine while being cranked and it increased the compression enough to light-off. Unconventional but it DID work..
