Hmmm. 10 hours have passed & nobody has answered. Sorry.
l am going to guess, NO the wheel bolts u now need will be of a different length, & a flat head would be better. (maybe chrome to look better against the alloys?

l base my answer on the fact that l personally have a Peugeot 405 with factory alloy wheels. The nice looking chrome bolts r 1/2 inch longer & have a flat head.
l carry a spare tire of course, it is NOT mounted on an alloy wheel, therefore l have to carry 4 bolts that r shorter, plain black iron, with a tapered head. The long chrome bolts would never go deep enough to become tight.

you have to have longer nuts the ones you have would not be safe as they are to short they would not tighten up properly because of the tapered head and would vibrate loose eventually thus leaveing you with 3 wheels on your waggon and one hell of a mess to you your passengers and whoever else you hit dont risk it spend a few pounds and you will save a few pounds and maybe lives.
