Now the car has developed the following problems after he tinkered with it

1. Radio doesnt work at all
2. Heater still does not work
3. Cigarette lighter doesnt work

l have checked the fuses and they all seem to be intact

any advice appreciated heres a link to a pic of the fuse box

the cig lighter apparently is slot 16 and 16a and it should be a 20 amp there is a fuse in two of the three slots and it is 15 there isnt a fuse in slot one '' radio memory '' this car is an N Registered.

Be advised u have a Phase TWO 306,
The list of fuses for a 306 r given on this website:
http://peugeotlogic.com/fuses/fuses306/fuselist5.htm

See that fuse 5 is for heater blower.
Yes, fuse 16 for cigarette lighter with key on. 16a for direct to battery, always on. Both 20 amp, but 15 amp will not create a problem.
Fuse 15 is for ::Front & rear courtesy lamp, boot light, infra red receiver, central locking control unit, electric aerial

Fuse 25 is for ur radio & clock.only 5 amps.

l wrote u a personal email about ''blowing the diodes'' on ur radio.

Have u tried my previous suggestion to see if 12 volts added to the fan motor makes the fan spin?? That is the test for a good fan.

l would test the fan by runing a power source to it and see what happens as said above as it may be a broken fan?

as the radio and cig lighter are all around the heater l would look for broken cables maybe a hidden multi plug/socket?? messing around near the heater may have dislodged something maybe??

if no joy l would personaly take it to an auto electricain, going to cost but might be worth the hassle.
