Water coming through the windscreen or maybe a missing grommit in the floor/bulkhead

Had same problem once. Could be your windscreen got a tiny leek or it is coming from underneath. Mine was a tiny gap on windscreen.......

Chances are if its wet all year round then you have a leaking heater matrix

You havea water leak somewhere.usually windshield or cowling leak. Have a shop do a leak test on it.

Since it happens all year and you did not mention a smell like anti freeze - l believe in you situation that it is the drain hose on your evaporator core. Most people do not realize that when you use your defrost you are also running your air conditioning thus the moisture in the winter. The hose (if it is there - sometimes they come off) will lead out from the passenger compartmetent through the fire wall. And it will be on the passenger side. good luck

Check if it is wet where the inner door panel meets the door (door speaker area) ifso then the inner door membrane will require replacing .

You really should get out of the car to have a waz.
