Well, normally it is located somewhere on the engine but since it is a Peugeot your guess is as good as mine..

Water pumps on most Peugeot engines these days, r located ''inside'' the engine. That means u have to remove the timing belt plastic covers, remove the lower crankshaft pulley, remove the timing belt, & then remove the water pump in the lower part of the engine block.

In the early 1980 is the Peugeot water pumps were attatched ''outside'' the engines, & could be removed in minutes.

l think the water pump is behind the 'silver' pulley, rear of engine, mid-height.

When buying a new pump, always know ur chassis number. Sometimes Peugeot uses two different diameter pumps on the same model of car. Or.take the old pump with u to the store.
