l face a problem in the Engine that is getting hot very fast. Every time more acceleration is required to restart the car after long/short run. Once l start like this, the connection to the CD changer is gone and the Date & Time become zeros.

And even if the engine is cool also.. without acceleration l cannot start the car.

Can anybody help me exactley what is actual problem?

Almost sounds like you are very low in oil.

Battery might be running flat, maybe your alternator is broken and maybe you should check the coolant

l think you should go to a garage and get it checked out by someone who knows what they are doing. it doesnt sound too healthy!

l assume the 206 is a petrol version

one of the causes of an engine getting hot very quickly is lack of coolant

if the coolant level was low & u have recently topped it up it probbibly has an air lock in the system

low coolant or an air lock will cause the coolant temprature sensor to give a false reading to the ECU, even when the engine is hot the ECU
may be getting incorrect info from the temp sensor resulting in an over rich mixture being delivered to the engine
