l guess this is an electric window.. take he door panel off to expose the insides.. u can take a stick & place under the window gently control it to up push the control & it will go up .. after it is up buy a can of wd40 & place the directive tip on & spray all the places that slide.. after that the plug on the motor.. take it apart & see if any of the contacts r green.. & buy a contact restorer electric.. & spray. that is all u need to do.. go back & run the window up & down a few times & lube again before putting it back together. ok gilermo.

Your door panel needs to come off, the clip has broken. It happened to me. If you know a mecanic get them to do it, it doesnt take long.
