3 times recently l have been attacked by one of these heavy right footed heroes. I am not against fast cars. l was involved in Motor sport for 30 years. But that is the point, the right place at the right time!

You might be right, the office manager where l work has a little red on her husband got new on some disabled scheme. she bombs down the exit to our building, how she is never hit anything or anyone is beyone me, l think people just avoid the road at 4.26 when she leaves the office!!

She offered a colleague a lift one, poor thing held the handles all the way home & prayed for her life, was flying up to red traffic lights then slamming on the brakes, both of these women were in their 60 is so no 'girl racer' kids trying to impress anyone. They did not get home any quicker than when the other colleague drives herself at a normal rate.

And that is coming from an ex-BMW owner!

I've thought the Saxo had taken over from the Nova years ago.

A few still seem to choose Vauxhall Novas with drainpipes for exhausts.

For some reason, they think l will respond every time they ride 2 inches behind my DB9. Apparently, they think revving thier 1.2 litre engine will make me throw caution to the wind & risk my license & the lives of others.

My insurance costs more than thier cars, generates 4 or 5 times the power & can top 186 in 6th. why on earth do they think i'm going to race them - the race would last 2 seconds anyway.

silly children, just smile inside knowing u r driving a car worth more than they will ever know - let them past & watch them speed on to the scene of the accident.

The fact is that the Saxo VTR/VTS is the fastest car given away in a cornflakes packet, so all the young RC is want one.

They all live in the shady underworld (Comet car park) and compare, who has the brightest neons and the biggest exhaust.

When not at home they seem intent on proving that the Ferrari Enzo is no match for the Balsa wood Saxo, or they die trying.
