Does anyone know how to get the ABS ESP light off the dash of a peugeot 307

You have a fault with that system, it is likely to be a faulty wheel speed sensor or magnetic bearing depending on age of car, although there are a lot of other less likely possibilties too. You will need to go to your local dealer so they can read the fault codes and determine what is causing the problem and then fix it.

And you can not remove the bulb as during the M.O.T. the bulb must illuminate and then extinguish after a few seconds.

the problem is brake light switch.just change the brake light switch and your problem is solved.
