If you mean the offside signal flashes when it should not flash, this is because it has a faulty switch.
It is a common fault on these Peugeot/Citroen vehicles. The switch gets dirty and tracks across inside making the signal lamps flash, even with the switch in the central position.
The only permanent answer is to replace the switch. They are fairly expensive (compared to vauxhall and Ford).
