l changed fuse yesterday for cigarette lighter,after changing fuse tried to lock the car with the key fob and wouldnt work,lights still flash when button is pressed,and the fuse box makes a ticking noises,tried to reset key fob but it wo not work,any suggestions.

You may need to recode your plip. The lights are flashing to say that they have recieved an unidentified plip code, and so the lights flash but it does not lock.
To recode the plip do a search for previous plip coding on this topic as l have given the procedure many times.
